Menu-Plan Monday

I'm going to go ahead and plan several meals for this week but I'll have to play-it-by-ear, as far as the cooking goes. Our goal is to be completely moved in by this Saturday, we have quite a bit to do between now and then. The house is looking much more "homey" and we're enjoying getting everything in it's rightful place. I'm going over this evening to paint the last room, the playroom, I will be so glad to have the painting done, it's such a chore. Probably not as much of a chore as sorting through, cleaning and moving all of the kids toys, but hopefully Brianna can help me a little bit with that. She takes after me in the fact of being able to just throw stuff away if it's broken or just doesn't want it any more, thank goodness I don't have a little pack-rat on my hands! :) On to the Menu:

Monday: I think today we'll just have leftover from yesterday,(venison steaks-n- gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans) or ham sandwiches.

Tuesday: Fuss-Free Ravioli and Cheese Bake, I'm going to be gone most of the day so this will be easy to throw together when I get home.
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can beef broth
1/4 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
2 pkg.(9oz.each) fresh cheese-filled ravioli
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Combine everything, place in dish. Cover with foil. Bake @ 375 for 50 min. or until tender. Remove foil, sprinkle with cheese. Let stand 5 min. or until cheese melts.

Wednesday: Slow cooker Chicken Dinner - very easy and good!
6 medium red potatoes, cut up
4 medium carrots, cut into 1/2" pieces
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cr. of mushroom
1 can cr. of chicken
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Place potatoes and carrots in slow cooker. Top with chicken. Combine soups and garlic salt, pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 8 hrs.

The rest of the week, with moving the entire kitchen and everything else, I think we'll clean out the fridge and make sandwiches! :)

Pam, here's this recipe, I'll try to post the others asap!

Spicy Roasted Drumsticks:
12 drumsticks
1 stick butter
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 T. Morton Hot salt (or any seasoning you like)
Combine butter, lemon juice, and seasoning in sauce pan. Transfer legs to the butter mixture one by one. Remove each leg to a baking rack. Using pastry brush, apply another coat of mixture to the drumsticks and sprinkle with additional seasoning, if desired. Bake @ 400 for 35-40 minutes or until crispy brown and delicious!

So glad you're getting ready to move in. I think that is always a fun and new time. Your menus sound good to me!
